SIP - Scilab Image Processing toolbox THANKS file

SIP has originally been written by Ricardo Fabbri <rfabbri@if.sc.usp.br>
Many people further contributed to SIP by reporting problems,
suggesting various improvements or submitting actual code. Here is a
