Yes, I know.  divine does not have a configure.
The project is too trivial at the moment and I was too lazy.

divine is right now Linux-2.2+-only, because the calls to ifconfig and
route use Linux syntax and divine assumes that the network route is set
by ifconfig.

To compile divine, you need to install libnet and pcap.

libnet:

Divine was initially developed using libpcap-0.4 and libnet-0.99c.
