Returns the <a href="../def/ascii+en">ASCII</a> code of the character at position <u>Position</u> in the string <u>Input</u>.
<p>
If <u>Position</u> is not specified, the <a href="../def/ascii+en">ASCII</a> code of the first character is returned.
