Dear user,

For some reason your print job was rejected. This may have been because you
have insufficient credit, or because the job was not something which could
not be successfully converted into PostScript. It may also have been due to
a bug in the billing program. The information at the end of this e-mail
should help you figure out what caused the problem.

Please use "pqcheck" to find out how much credit you have in your account,
and run "printquote yourfile.ps" to calculate the cost of your print-job. If
you need to top up your account, please consult a system administrator.

If you think your file is a postscript file, use the command

file yourfile.ps

to check that this is the case, or try to view the file in GhostScript (e.g.
gv file.ps).

If you think there is an error in the accounting system please consult the
system administrator, who will hopefully be intelligent enough to fix it and
send a patch to the author of the system (Daniel Franklin, contactable at
d.franklin@ieee.org).

Regards,
